ACCESSING SERVICES
There are a few different ways to begin services.

Tara Prezioso LCSW LLC is a medicaid provider through the NJ Children's System of Care (CSOC). That means you can begin by contacting PerformCare at (877) 652-7624 and requesting a BioPsychoSocial evaluation be completed by Tara Prezioso LCSW (provider #511854).

Reach out to us directly for a phone-screen to discuss challenges and whether or not therapy makes sense. We offer a sliding scale, fee-for-service or, if you have out-of-network benefits, you can submit to your insurance company.
